“Eat more veggies”, they say. “Try to get more veggies in at breakfast,” they say. Let’s be honest, we don’t always run for the veggies at breakfast. My kids included. It’s truly magical. That mom moment when you whip up a healthier snack for your kids and they actually like it. And eat it. Maybe it’s because I used the word unicorn. It seems that if you put the word unicorn in front of anything it creates a lot of hype.
