It’s the most wonderful time of the year! 

I LOVE everything about the holidays!  Yes, the cookies, the cocktails, the shopping, the gift giving, the music, the Hallmark movies… all reasons why I LOVE this time of year.  But my FAVORITE part of the holiday season is the magical feeling that surrounds this time of year.  And yes, we put our tree up yesterday in case you were wondering!

But don’t worry, I’m not going to bust out carols on you yet.  Although, I will say, it does feel a bit more joyous and almost magical during the holidays, am I right?  As a mother to three little girls who still believe in all of it, keeping the holiday magic flowing is a task in itself but the joy on their faces during the first snowfall, building a snowman, watching holiday movies, baking cookies, and on Christmas morning, my heart is full.  My love language is gift giving and well, my heart could just burst!

For that very reason THIS GROUP is my most favorite group to do every year!

Holiday recipes, treats, healthier holiday cocktails, and my annual 12 days of giveaways.  Yes, 12 days of some of my most favorite things I’m gifting in a daily drawing to my clients in this group!

What else can you look forward to?

I’m not going to sugar coat it… there will be enough of that with holiday baking… but nutrition can be HARD this time of year, am I right?  So many events, parties, dinners, reasons to treat yo’ self.  But look, tough love here.  Just because we have a few “off” days or maybe 6 meals that aren’t our healthiest, doesn’t mean the whole holiday season needs to be a wash.  We’ll focus HEAVILY on nutrition- complete with my FAVORITE nutrition course content, along with portions, meal planning including weekly meal plans, holiday recipes, yes, even healthier holiday baking recipes, and all of the nutrition tips to help you stick to healthier habits this holiday season and at the very least- maintain NOT gain.   Plus we’ll touch on holiday stress and anxiety busters, shopping and gift wrapping tips and ideas, and include (optional) 30 minute workouts to help you stay active- yes, you can even stream them when you travel.

How does it all work?

During this group you will be given everything you need-  nutrition, digital app, workouts, cookbook, daily tracker, food prep containers, and 30 days of either workout supplements or powerhouse nutrition to help with my biggest struggle – sweet tooth, as well as overall nutrition, weight loss, and maintenance too.  Most importantly, you’ll be plugged into our community to help you stay on track by checking in daily and keep you working toward your goals.  I will provide you with simple weekly meal plans and recipes.  And of course, you’ll get me as your coach- not just for this group but into 2020 as we create that vision of better health in the new year.

We will finish this year strong together and I’ll help you reach some end of year goals.  Typically my clients see a weight loss of 5-15 pounds in a 30 day period but also achieve goals through inches lost, clothes fitting better, more energy, and a better knowledge of nutrition, meal planning, and creating a balanced lifestyle.
