    You had me at “10 Minute Breakfast”! My kiddos will sleep in, lounge on the couch for an hour, and then IMMEDIATELY decide they are STARVING and need to eat RIGHT NOW!!! Quick, healthy breakfasts are totally our jam. However, they default to toaster waffles and would prefer pop-tarts or donuts where I’m more of a “made from scratch” sort of mom.     One of our favorites and a super easy 5 ingredient BREAKFAST COOKIES 🍪🍌! These are a nice change from the waffles they ask for every day! This took us 5 MINUTES to make and 15 to cook.  And our batch made 16 cookies! Recipe? 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼 Ingredients: 3 over ripe bananas, mashed 2 c old fashioned oats (not steel cut) 1 scoop vanilla plant protein powder (optional) 2 eggs 1 tsp cinnamon 1/3 c dark chocolate chips (optional) Directions: Preheat oven to 350*. Mash bananas.  Add egg. Whisk. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well.  Scoop  1.5” mounds onto parchment lined baking sheets. Bake at 350* until browned on edges. Let cool on…
