    It happens. It’s one of those days. When bedtimes hit and we just want to sink into the couch because we literally have nothing more to give. When one last toddler dictated command might just send us over the ledge. “Lord, just give me the patience” I whispered one too many times today. It starts with an awake-too-early morning.     Sweet Potato Breakfast Casserole

    Some mornings call for breakfast casseroles.  Today was one of those mornings.  Typically on Sunday nights I pour a lot of time into meal prepping for the week, but last night I was drained, exhausted, and frankly I just didn’t feel like it.  So after a long, somewhat rested night, I devoted 15 minutes of my morning to prepping breakfast for the week.   It turned out as good as I imagined.     Resolution Evolution : Achieving Your Best Year Yet in 2018

    It always amazes me how fast the year flies by… wasn’t it just summer?  And here we are closing another chapter, turning another page, and flipping over to a new calendar. I set out my 2017 with some pretty solid goals, of course always involving some form of personal growth, development, better my health and fitness, get in optimal shape, eat a little better, push a little harder, love a little more deeply, and enjoy every experience.
