    What’s my favorite kind of lunch? One that takes less than 10 minutes, is packed with flavor, and aligns with my fitness and nutrition goals too. This is one of my favorites. Quick. Healthy. Delicious. And minimal ingredients. The added bonus is that at least one of my kids will eat it too!     🌿🌱 21 DAY DETOX RESULTS ARE IN!!!! 🌱🌿 Oh my gosh I. Feel. Amazing!!!!!!! In the last three weeks I am dow 8.6 pounds. I have lost a total of  3 inches around my waist/midsection. The amount of bloat that I’ve shed is unreal. And I’ve either decreased or eliminated my mindless snacking, sugar cravings, dependency on that nightly handful of chocolate chips or a need for a glass of wine several nights/wk.     Sitting in a hotel in Fort Lauderdale with two kids with a skin rash and all 3 of them with ear infections. (It’s fine. Everything’s fine. We’re fine. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣) Sipping a mini bottle of complimentary hotel wine out of plastic cups- not because they feel sorry for us, but because our room wasn’t ready when we arrived and it took 3 calls and 2 trips to the front desk to get the sheets and pillows we needed.     I’ve been on a cooking kick lately. Not just the same old staples.  But adding in a lot of variety and yummy, exotic flavors too.  And all in less than 30 min.  Ain’t nobody got time for being in the kitchen all day. Last week I was craving curry.  So I made a yummy chicken curry chickpea cauliflower stew. It was heavenly and Anniston, my 5 year old, loved it too.
