    Kid Favorite Chunky Monkey Breakfast Cookies

    One of our favorites and a super easy 5 ingredient BREAKFAST COOKIES 🍪🍌! These are a nice change from the waffles they ask for every day! This took us 5 MINUTES to make and 15 to cook.  And our batch made 16 cookies! Recipe? 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼 Ingredients: 3 over ripe bananas, mashed 2 c old fashioned oats (not steel cut) 1 scoop vanilla plant protein powder (optional) 2 eggs 1 tsp cinnamon 1/3 c dark chocolate chips (optional) Directions: Preheat oven to 350*.     Protein Pancakes with Chocolate Peanut Butter Drizzle

    When breakfast tastes like dessert it makes for a happy day.  These protein-packed pancakes make my heart happy.   A total win and a great start to Sunday morning!  Enjoy! Ingredients:  For the Pancakes: 1 cup Kodiak Protein Pancake Mix  1 scoop vanilla Shakeology (optional)  1 c Vanilla unsweetened almond milk  For the Chocolate/Peanut Butter Drizzle:  3 tbsp vanilla unsweetened almond mik 2 tbsp natural chunky peanut butter 1 tbsp chocolate Shakeology (or chocolate protein isolate) Chocolate chips optional 🙂  Directions:  Prepare pancake batter according to package.  Pour onto medium heat griddle into 4-5″ dollops.   In a small bowl, microwave almond milk and peanut butter for approximately 15 seconds.…

    Chocolate Covered Strawberry Shakeology

    Peppermint Mocha Martini (Without the Guilt)

    Tis the season.  Holiday parties.  Booze. Snacks.  Booze.  Snacks.  It’s never ending until January. We’re taking matters into our own hands this year, we hosted our own Christmas party, and the former bartender in me had been dying to stretch my legs and make some yummy drinks.   I had two in mind.  This one is a good one.  I can’t lie.  I’m a coffee creamer junkie, and my two favorites are peppermint mocha and gingerbread.  I wanted to recreate a similar flavor, in a blended or shaken martini, without the guilt.  I’m pretty pleased with the way these turned out.  I used a little Shakeology in this peppermint mocha…

    Clean Eating Shakeology Granola Bars

    In my house, we love peanut butter.  Every week, on the grocery list.  Peanut Butter.  Spoonfuls on spoonfuls, PBJ’s, protein bites, treats, snacks, ants on a log, etc.  You know it.  We also love chocolate.  When we can combine the two, it’s heaven.  These healthy, guilt-free snacks are perfect for that afternoon craving, that post-workout protein need, or that late night sweet tooth that won’t quit.  Dunked into a glass of vanilla unsweetened almond milk and I’m done for.  I hope you love these as much as we do!  Ingredients:   2 c quick oats 2 scoops chocolate Shakeology 1/4c ground flaxseed meal 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp sea salt…

    Chocolate Shakeology Protein Bites Because sometimes when you have a snack attack, it has to be a cookie!  And when it does, this is a a perfect, healthy, alternative to a sugar-packed, ball of unhealthiness!  Ingredients: 1 c quick cook oats 1/2 c all natural peanut butter 1/4 c wildflower honey 1 scoop/packet chocolate Shakeology Directions:  Mix all ingredients until combined well in a bowl.  Roll into 1″ balls.  Refrigerate for 15 minutes.  Enjoy!  *You can also add 1/4 c flaxseed meal but may need to add a little more honey!
