February Love Your Body Wellness Challenge
If I asked you to name 50 things you love… how long would it take for you to say “myself”?
One of my favorite challenges I run annually is our February Love Your Body, Love Yourself, Self-Love challenge. A 4 week immersion into self-love, daily affirmations and journaling, a book club, and a month long focus on making ourselves a priority.
I’m not going to sugar coat it… this time of year is challenging. We set goals, we struggle. We’re feeling crappy because the weather sucks. It’s too cold. We may carry a little regret from spending too much or indulging too much over the holidays, and our need to prioritize ourselves goes out the window.
In our February Love Yourself Challenge, we’ll take it back.
What can you expect this month?
❤️A commitment to consistency with fitness and workouts, doable at any level. Those endorphins are insanely powerful.
❤️Committing to better nutrition and understanding how nutrition works in our bodies. Along with weekly meal plans, better overall nutrition habits, and fueling our bodies for energy.
❤️We’ll commit to a book club for the month- adding in a little personal growth along the way, and pouring back into a positive mindset. I’ve learned that mindset is EVERYTHING on this journey.
❤️A focus on getting results. Through movement, with a workout catalog of hundreds of workouts to choose from that will best suit your schedule and needs. With nutrition for fat loss, muscle gain, and overall better energy. And with a mindset refresh focusing on self-love, trusting the process, and embracing the journey.
I’ve opened 10 spots for this group. 10 women who are serious about committing or re-committing to themselves, their health, and overall wellness. You’ll also be plugged into my long-term 2020 community for continuing accountability.
