Kid Favorite Chunky Monkey Breakfast Cookies
One of our favorites and a super easy 5 ingredient BREAKFAST COOKIES πͺπ!

This took us 5 MINUTES to make and 15 to cook.Β And our batch made 16 cookies!

Ingredients:
3 over ripe bananas, mashed
2 c old fashioned oats (not steel cut)
1 scoop vanilla plant protein powder (optional)
2 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 c dark chocolate chips (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*. Mash bananas.Β Add egg. Whisk. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well.Β ScoopΒ 1.5β mounds onto parchment lined baking sheets.
Bake at 350* until browned on edges.
Let cool on wire rack x 5 minutes.
