21 Day Fix Turkey Taco Cups

The easiest of easy, healthy, and 21 Day Fix friendly dinners.  10 minutes skillet to table.  And always a hit with the whole family.  Only 6 ingredients total!  Enjoy and share!  
Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground turkey 
1 c of your favorite salsa (I used organic chipotle lime from Aldi)
1 can black beans
1 c frozen corn, thawed 
Romaine lettuce leaves 
Greek yogurt 
Directions:
In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown turkey with salsa.  Add beans and corn.  Mix well.  Serve in lettuce leaves and top with Greek yogurt.  Enjoy!

1 yellow
1 green (3 leaves) 
1/4 purple
