    2020 March Health Bet – Bet on You

    When you bet on yourself, it’s hard to lose. It’s that time of year again! One of my most favorite, friendly competition, go all-in, and create, build, and achieve that momentum kind of groups is about to kick off! It’s time for our 2020 March Health Bet. We will officially be kicking off our annual Health Bet group on March 1st. This group will run through the whole month of March! One of my favorite challenges I run annually is our February Love Your Body, Love Yourself, Self-Love challenge. A 4 week immersion into self-love, daily affirmations and journaling, a book club, and a month long focus on making ourselves a priority.     The Struggle to Gain: Body Shaming in All Forms

    Standing in front of the mirror and being unhappy with the body of the woman staring back at you.  At some point, even if it’s only for a brief period of time, we’ve all been there.
