When you bet on yourself, it’s hard to lose.

It’s that time of year again! One of my most favorite, friendly competition, go all-in, and create, build, and achieve that momentum kind of groups is about to kick off! It’s time for our 2020 March Health Bet.

We will officially be kicking off our annual Health Bet group on March 1st. This group will run through the whole month of March! We focus on better habits, nutrition, weight/fat loss, muscle gain, and establishing (or re-establishing) healthy habits going into the Spring months! I will dive into meal planning and cover all topics that help establish long-term habits too.

What does it look like to go all in for 30 days?

It’s a commitment to yourself. A commitment to better nutrition. A decision to practice discipline, moderation, and allow your hard work to fuel your results. When I see my clients commit to a program, whether it’s 21 days or 100 days, and choose commitment over everything else, results happen. Bottom line, you can do this!

So what’s included?

Included with all of my groups and my personal coaching is a 12 month workout membership to all of my favorite workouts on an app (much like Netflix) but with thousands of workouts for a fraction of the cost. Programs for every ability, goal, and liking, along with modifications for every level.
