Mushrooms… yay? Or nay? I’m a total yay. In my eggs, soup, on my pizza. In tacos- y’all Mission Taco Joint has THE BEST portobello mushroom tacos! I’m a sucker for all things mushrooms. Healthier Air Fryer Donuts
You had me at “10 Minute Breakfast”! My kiddos will sleep in, lounge on the couch for an hour, and then IMMEDIATELY decide they are STARVING and need to eat RIGHT NOW!!! Quick, healthy breakfasts are totally our jam. However, they default to toaster waffles and would prefer pop-tarts or donuts where I’m more of a “made from scratch” sort of mom. Saturday mornings are for lounging, for coffee, and for listening to our kids run around and wrestle and giggle. We absolutely cherish these moments.
