    The BEST Breakfast Wrap!

    Mushrooms… yay? Or nay? I’m a total yay. In my eggs, soup, on my pizza. In tacos- y’all Mission Taco Joint has THE BEST portobello mushroom tacos! I’m a sucker for all things mushrooms. So to add them into a breakfast wrap to give it a bit more of a punch, this is my jam! Powerhouse of flavor. Delish combination. 2 servings of veggies in each wrap. And a treat for your savory taste buds! Recipe below!     Healthier Air Fryer Donuts

    You had me at “10 Minute Breakfast”! My kiddos will sleep in, lounge on the couch for an hour, and then IMMEDIATELY decide they are STARVING and need to eat RIGHT NOW!!! Quick, healthy breakfasts are totally our jam. However, they default to toaster waffles and would prefer pop-tarts or donuts where I’m more of a “made from scratch” sort of mom. Don’t get me wrong, we indulge every now and then, but if I can whip up a “healthier” version of a lot of things, I will. Donuts are one of our favs in this house too.     I’m embarking on a new program next week.  To be honest, I’m pretty excited.  A fitness and nutrition adventure that for the next 3 months (ish) is going to shape my mindset (and my butt, arms, and abs) and the way I think about nutrition into some pretty amazing results.
