MARCH SPRING INTO FITNESS AB & SQUAT CHALLENGE!!!
I am so pumped to open up a group for my first FREE fitness challenge of the year! And what better way to kick off a month that includes daylight savings, St. Patrick’s Day, and the first day of Spring than to do a little ab and leg/booty work!
For the course of the month we will be working through a stronger core- better abs!- and stronger legs and glutes when we’re all said and done!
In addition, I’ll be plugging in some family friendly and healthier recipes and sharing some fitness tips too!
