Resolution Evolution : Achieving Your Best Year Yet in 2018
It always amazes me how fast the year flies by… wasn’t it just summer? And here we are closing another chapter, turning another page, and flipping over to a new calendar.
I set out my 2017 with some pretty solid goals, of course always involving some form of personal growth, development, better my health and fitness, get in optimal shape, eat a little better, push a little harder, love a little more deeply, and enjoy every experience.
Do all of those things happen in order, and as planned? Of course not. I’m not as lean as I was at the beginning of last year, in fact, I’ve gained 10 lbs. I’ve eaten *mostly* healthy but didn’t neglect my love for tacos or wine, much at all really! And we did some traveling, had some amazing experiences, and that brings us to setting goals for 2018.
One thing I’ve learned over the course of my coaching career and personal health and fitness journey is that we evolve. It’s a process. It takes time. But it’s worth the effort. Every last drop of sweat. Every early morning alarm clock. Every healthy choice over fast food. Every sparkling water over wine. Every up-too-late night. It’s worth it. Because it teaches us the process and it teaches us consistency over time brings the greatest results.
I’m so thrilled to open up my FIRST EVER Resolution Evolution group- a group that starts January 1st and goes THROUGH the entire year. A group where I work with you daily.
