Owning our story can be difficult, but not as difficult as running from it. And often we fear we’re not worthy enough.
I’ll be worthy if I lose 20 lbs.
I’ll be worthy if I get that job.
I’ll be worthy if I find the one.
I’ll be worthy if I make x amount of money.
I’ll be worthy if I look a certain way.
I’ll be worthy if I have certain things.
But how many of us can say we are enough. Right now. At this moment.
February 13th I’m opening up my Love The Skin You’re In group. A group dedicated to helping you achieve happiness, love, and worthiness in your day to day life.
A group that focuses on improving ourselves, self love, and acceptance, and being the best version of ourselves.
We’ll improve our health, mental clarity, and create better overall habits.
We will incorporate daily exercise and better nutrition which helps improve our mood, our confidence, and energy levels.
