Summer is Here!!! And it’s time for our Bucket List! The annual #RobertsFamilySummerBucketList is here and we are ready for it!! Years ago when these kids were tiny, we started this tradition of creating a bucket list of all the adventures we want to do around the St. Louis area during the summer. HELLO MARCH!!! I am so pumped to open up a group for my first FREE fitness challenge of the year! And what better way to kick off a month that includes daylight savings, St. Patrick’s Day, and the first day of Spring than to do a little ab and leg/booty work! Honey Dijon Chicken Salad Wrap (21 Day Fix Friendly)
When I lived in Soulard there was a little coffee shop that made the very best chicken salad. I lived off that stuff. Creamy. Nutty. The chicken was cooked perfectly. Competition Prep: 15 Weeks Out
I might be crazy. I might be certifiably insane. I’ve decided to tackle another competition. Bikini competition #3. March 26th. St. Louis, MO. I may be in the throes of my last semester of nursing school. That day will be my daughter’s 2nd birthday. I will be prepping for finals. Why not throw a competition in the mix too. Well. Here goes!
