    Chocolate Banana Bread- No Sugar

    Back to school in full swing and the snack monsters are ALWAYS HUNGRY!!!  A quick 10 minutes of prepping this and into the oven for 50 and within an hour a yummy, healthy, no sugar snack is on the table!   My girls helped crack the eggs, stir, measure, and pour and you know, the more they help, the more they want to eat what they make!   Here’s our SIMPLE healthier chocolate banana bread recipe!   Wet Ingredients:  2 ripe bananas, mashed  2 eggs  1/2 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk  1/4 c organic wildflower honey 1 tsp vanilla  Dry Ingredients:  2/3 c whole wheat or almond flour  1 c…

    I don’t know about you, but the week of Valentine’s Day isn’t an easy one if you’re trying to reach your fitness goals.  Chocolate everywhere.  Jumbo sized chocolate kisses.  Boxes upon boxes of chocolates.  Chocolate covered chocolate.  My head says yes but my skinny jeans say no.  So I had to make my own chocolate covered strawberry Shakeology today to combat the candy and cravings surrounding me all week!  This turned out just heavenly!  I am in LOVE!  I hope you enjoy as much as I did!   Ingredients:  1/2 scoop Chocolate Shakeology 1/2 scoop Strawberry Shakeology 4 medium strawberries, rinsed and stems cut off 1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond…
