Cauliflower Rice Stir Fry – Whole 30 Approved
Me on Whole 30: What else can I cook that’s going to be amazing! THIS! This was my first time with cauliflower rice. I didn’t know what to expect. I assumed it wouldn’t taste as amazing as it did and I’m happy to be proven wrong! And when my husband tries this and says- I’d eat that- I know it’s a success! Let me know what you think! Fat Tuesday Jambalaya
The old bartending days. Down in Soulard. Oooh I loved working Mardi Gras! Tons of people. Lots of tips. Delicious food. Ingredients: 1 lbs lean sausage or turkey (we used elk) 3…

So, I have to be creative in order to get him to eat it! When we were in Florida the first week of January, they were sampling some chipotle rubbed salmon at the fresh market. It was delicious. But he’s not a salmon fan. So I whipped up a little chipotle like marinade and soaked the tilapia in it for a bit, and it turned out excellent! Paired with my own little citrus rice creation and some…

Creamy Chicken and Rice Soup (Crockpot)
Three year old with a high fever and a tummy ache. Not good. Naps. Snuggles. Blankies. Movies. Repeat. It’s time for my cure-all. Fool-proof, tummy soothing, chicken soup. When I can throw it all in the crock pot that’s even better because that means I get more snuggle time with her. And that’s key. Whether it’s an upset tummy, the need for a new clean eating recipe, a kid-friendly meal, or an easy crock pot fix, this one has family meal written all over it and is a big favorite in our house, not just on sick days. Chicken and Rice Soup Ingredients: 4 small-medium boneless chicken breasts, thawed…
