    Pumpkin Vanilla Muffins (clean eating)

    Hello September.  Enter : pumpkin spice everything.  Pumpkin spice lattes, pumpkin bread, pumpkin cookies, pumpkin cereal, pumpkin spice toilet paper, pumpkin spice deodorant.  Seriously.  Everything.     Dark Chocolate Shakeology Granola Bars

    It’s 10:00 pm.  Do you know where your husband is?     Saturday mornings are for lounging, for coffee, and for listening to our kids run around and wrestle and giggle.  We absolutely cherish these moments.     Clean Eating Shakeology Granola Bars

    In my house, we love peanut butter.  Every week, on the grocery list.  Peanut Butter.  Spoonfuls on spoonfuls, PBJ’s, protein bites, treats, snacks, ants on a log, etc.  You know it.  We also love chocolate.  When we can combine the two, it’s heaven.  These healthy, guilt-free snacks are perfect for that afternoon craving, that post-workout protein need, or that late night sweet tooth that won’t quit.  Dunked into a glass of vanilla unsweetened almond milk and I’m done for.  I hope you love these as much as we do!  Ingredients:   2 c quick oats 2 scoops chocolate Shakeology 1/4c ground flaxseed meal 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp sea salt…

    Chocolate Shakeology Protein Bites

    Chocolate Shakeology Protein Bites Because sometimes when you have a snack attack, it has to be a cookie!  And when it does, this is a a perfect, healthy, alternative to a sugar-packed, ball of unhealthiness!  Ingredients: 1 c quick cook oats 1/2 c all natural peanut butter 1/4 c wildflower honey 1 scoop/packet chocolate Shakeology Directions:  Mix all ingredients until combined well in a bowl.  Roll into 1″ balls.  Refrigerate for 15 minutes.  Enjoy!  *You can also add 1/4 c flaxseed meal but may need to add a little more honey!
