    “Doesn’t it get old??” Said the snarky message in my inbox… Does what get old?? “Posting about your “fitness journey” and talking about what you do as a coach all the time?” No and here’s why… ***drags out soapbox, clears throat ***  Until women stop buying into the claim that a magic pill or spoonful of something or “waist shrinking” product, or try this powder and it magically blasts your body fat away, or “hide your cellulite with this product”… And until other women stop trying to dupe others by pushing garbage products that prey on others and continue to feed into the diet culture BS… There is more work…

    Egg Roll In A Bowl – DELICIOUSLY HEALTHY

    When it’s Saturday night, you drive past the Chinese food place, and think, “Man, it would be so easy to stop here and grab a quick dinner.”… Then remember that not only does it make you gassy, bloated, and all that sodium does NOTHING but get your wedding rings stuck on your fingers, you go home and whip up THIS!  And satisfy all of those cravings, and don’t have to resort to sweat pants and misery on the couch.     Sweet Potato Breakfast Casserole

    Some mornings call for breakfast casseroles.  Today was one of those mornings.  Typically on Sunday nights I pour a lot of time into meal prepping for the week, but last night I was drained, exhausted, and frankly I just didn’t feel like it.  So after a long, somewhat rested night, I devoted 15 minutes of my morning to prepping breakfast for the week.   It turned out as good as I imagined.
