    Pumpkin Spice Mini Muffins

    September 1st on the calendar and that means all things pumpkin… right?   We’re full force into this school year and hands down Muffins are our favorite go-to breakfast, especially when you have 3 girls and are ALWAYS running late.   Super simple to make.  Super healthy.  Easy pantry ingredients.  And they’re a super healthy breakfast/snack too!
