    February Love Your Body Wellness Challenge

    If I asked you to name 50 things you love… how long would it take for you to say “myself”? One of my favorite challenges I run annually is our February Love Your Body, Love Yourself, Self-Love challenge. A 4 week immersion into self-love, daily affirmations and journaling, a book club, and a month long focus on making ourselves a priority.     21 Day Fix Extreme Results!!!

    I just wrapped my second ever round of 21 Day Fix Extreme on Monday and wow!  I loved this program when I used it for competition prep back in February because it gave me shredded results and I loved it again now for that very same reason.   The pic on the left is 8 days after my last competition.  That’s right.  I was that girl who binge ate for a week after my show, was bloated, felt like crap, and what did I have to show for it except the pics on the left.     21 Day Fix Extreme is Under Way!

    As of yesterday I officially started 21 Day Fix Extreme!  I have made some really crummy decisions with food last week and am paying for it now.  I gained 6 lbs in one week.  Granted, our competition was the 27th and we were really lean, but the amount of cake, ice cream, BBQ, snacks, cheat meals, and all around junk I ate wasn’t pretty.  So I did it, I’m done with it, and I’m starting fresh this week. The last time I did 21 Day Fix extreme was in prep for my first bikini competition and I got some pretty incredible results.  (See below) So I’m ready for another 21…
