On September 19th, 2014 I took a leap. I decided to take some steps to better my fitness. I decided I wanted to improve my nutrition, and overall health. 21 Day Fix Extreme Results!!!
I just wrapped my second ever round of 21 Day Fix Extreme on Monday and wow! I loved this program when I used it for competition prep back in February because it gave me shredded results and I loved it again now for that very same reason. The pic on the left is 8 days after my last competition. That’s right.
