    MARCH SPRING INTO FITNESS AB & SQUAT CHALLENGE!!!

    HELLO MARCH!!! I am so pumped to open up a group for my first FREE fitness challenge of the year!  And what better way to kick off a month that includes daylight savings, St. Patrick’s Day, and the first day of Spring than to do a little ab and leg/booty work!     Fitness For the Entire Family- Double Time Launch!

    As a mommy, a pediatric nurse, and health and fitness coach, one of the biggest questions I am asked is, “How do I make this a healthier lifestyle for my family?”  With childhood obesity rates climbing to now affecting every 1 in 6 children, we as parents need to step up and get our kids active and healthy.  There are so many indoor distractions today- between phones, tv, games, miscellaneous electronics, that don’t keep our kids active.  I’m always looking for new ways to be creative with my kids, with family friendly recipes, and with fitness too, and to teach them the importance of living a healthier lifestyle.
