Some mornings call for breakfast casseroles. Today was one of those mornings. Typically on Sunday nights I pour a lot of time into meal prepping for the week, but last night I was drained, exhausted, and frankly I just didn’t feel like it. I’m embarking on a new program next week. To be honest, I’m pretty excited. A fitness and nutrition adventure that for the next 3 months (ish) is going to shape my mindset (and my butt, arms, and abs) and the way I think about nutrition into some pretty amazing results.
