Superfood Chicken Chili (crockpot)

superfood, Chicken, Chili, crockpot, instant pot, dinner, easy, healthy, 80 Day Obsession, recipe, 21 Day Fix, clean eating,

This soup came to fruition after looking through my fridge/pantry, deciding I needed to go grocery shopping, but with a barfy kid, feeling quarantined to the house, I decided I needed to use up what was left of my previous week’s meal prep/grocery trip first.

And let me tell you… this turned out so much better than I imagined!
This could easily be done in an Instant Pot too- but I haven’t purchased mine yet!
I hope you enjoy.  Do me a solid… comment below what you thought of it!  I’d love your feedback!

2-3 medium/large chicken breasts
3/4 c lentils, raw, washed
