21 Day Fix Extreme Results!!!
I just wrapped my second ever round of 21 Day Fix Extreme on Monday and wow! I loved this program when I used it for competition prep back in February because it gave me shredded results and I loved it again now for that very same reason. The pic on the left is 8 days after my last competition. That’s right. Beachbody Performance Line Review
I’m kind of a supplement snob. Ask my husband. I’m picky. Too much jittery, not enough protein, it’s not isolate. It tastes like a car tire. It’s packed with sucralose. It makes me need to use the bathroom. Frequently. Let’s be honest. Nobody wants something so “stimulating” that it stimulates you to the bathroom all day. 21 Day Fix Extreme is Under Way!
As of yesterday I officially started 21 Day Fix Extreme! I have made some really crummy decisions with food last week and am paying for it now. I gained 6 lbs in one week. Granted, our competition was the 27th and we were really lean, but the amount of cake, ice cream, BBQ, snacks, cheat meals, and all around junk I ate wasn’t pretty.
