    Easy Chicken Burrito Bowls

    We had some of THE BEST tacos at Bakersfield while we were in Nashville this past weekend.  I mean, wow.  Hand made corn tortillas, mahi, braised spare rib, marinated portabella… I was in total heaven.  We ate there twice.  Then we found Nashville Street Tacos… agghhh!  More deliciousness!
