    Protein Pancakes with Chocolate Peanut Butter Drizzle

    When breakfast tastes like dessert it makes for a happy day.  These protein-packed pancakes make my heart happy.   A total win and a great start to Sunday morning!  Enjoy! Ingredients:  For the Pancakes: 1 cup Kodiak Protein Pancake Mix  1 scoop vanilla Shakeology (optional)  1 c Vanilla unsweetened almond milk  For the Chocolate/Peanut Butter Drizzle:  3 tbsp vanilla unsweetened almond mik 2 tbsp natural chunky peanut butter 1 tbsp chocolate Shakeology (or chocolate protein isolate) Chocolate chips optional 🙂  Directions:  Prepare pancake batter according to package.  Pour onto medium heat griddle into 4-5″ dollops.   In a small bowl, microwave almond milk and peanut butter for approximately 15 seconds.…

    Pumpkin Puff Cookies (clean and gluten free!)

    It’s the most wonderful time of the year. Nope, not Christmas. Fall baking! If you haven’t been paying attention, I’ve busted out the pumpkin.  We needed a cookie recipe. Bad.     Vanilla Protein Granola (with Shakeology)

    Saturday mornings are for lounging, for coffee, and for listening to our kids run around and wrestle and giggle.  We absolutely cherish these moments.
