When breakfast tastes like dessert it makes for a happy day. These protein-packed pancakes make my heart happy. A total win and a great start to Sunday morning! Enjoy! Ingredients: For the Pancakes: 1 cup Kodiak Protein Pancake Mix 1 scoop vanilla Shakeology (optional) 1 c Vanilla unsweetened almond milk For the Chocolate/Peanut Butter Drizzle: 3 tbsp vanilla unsweetened almond mik 2 tbsp natural chunky peanut butter 1 tbsp chocolate Shakeology (or chocolate protein isolate) Chocolate chips optional 🙂 Directions: Prepare pancake batter according to package. Pumpkin Puff Cookies (clean and gluten free!)
It’s the most wonderful time of the year. Nope, not Christmas. Fall baking! If you haven’t been paying attention, I’ve busted out the pumpkin. We needed a cookie recipe. Bad. Something that would satisfy even the sweetest tooth without the guilt. Enter pumpkin puffs. These bad boys are so light and fluffy they almost floated away!
