Chili-Lime Fish Tacos
Some people live for Friday. This lady lives for taco Tuesday. Switching it up this week for some zesty fish tacos. Easy peasy lime squeezie! Enjoy! Ingredients: 2 tilapia filets 1/2 tbsp chili powder 1 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp sea salt Juice of 1/2 lime Other half of lime sliced Directions: Preheat oven to 400*. Spray a foil-lined cookie sheet with olive oil. Place thawed filets on sheet. Squeeze lime juice over fish. Mix dry spices together. Rub evenly onto fish. Place lime slices on top.
