Maple Honey BBQ Sauce
When it’s summer, we BBQ. And you know this semi-crunchy, clean eating momma just had to whip up a made-from-scratch recipe to start basting our goodies in for the grill. This was super easy, just enough zest, and is great for dipping too! Ingredients: 3 tbsp tomato paste 1 8 oz can tomato sauce 1 tbsp chili powder 1 tbsp paprika 2 tbsp pure maple syrup 2 tbsp wildflower honey 1 tsp chipotle chili powder Sea salt & ground black pepper to taste Directions: Mix all ingredients in a small saucepan. Simmer 10-15 minutes. Baste meats, poultry, salmon, prior to grilling, or use for dipping! Enjoy!

And 1,000 crunches aren’t going to get it done anyway. In order to have “abs” you need to strengthen your core. There’s a difference between core and abs. They work together but in order to have one, you need the other. You need to sweat. And by doing so, engaging more than just your ab muscles. Core strengthening involves tightening up the muscles in your…
