Tonight’s dinner took 10 minutes start to finish. 1-2 minutes to chop chicken and veggies (we grill a bunch of chicken on Sunday for meal prep during the week). 7 minutes to cook it all in the skillet. 1 minute to plate and serve! ***Cauliflower rice is such a healthy alternative especially if you’re gluten free or following a low carb plan. The easiest of easy, healthy, and 21 Day Fix friendly dinners. 10 minutes skillet to table. And always a hit with the whole family. Only 6 ingredients total! Enjoy and share! Ingredients: 1 lb lean ground turkey 1 c of your favorite salsa (I used organic chipotle lime from Aldi) 1 can black beans 1 c frozen corn, thawed Romaine lettuce leaves Greek yogurt Directions: In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown turkey with salsa.
