21 Day Fix Turkey Taco Cups
The easiest of easy, healthy, and 21 Day Fix friendly dinners. 10 minutes skillet to table. And always a hit with the whole family. Only 6 ingredients total! Enjoy and share! Ingredients: 1 lb lean ground turkey 1 c of your favorite salsa (I used organic chipotle lime from Aldi) 1 can black beans 1 c frozen corn, thawed Romaine lettuce leaves Greek yogurt Directions: In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown turkey with salsa. Chili-Lime Fish Tacos
Some people live for Friday. This lady lives for taco Tuesday. Switching it up this week for some zesty fish tacos. Easy peasy lime squeezie! Enjoy! Ingredients: 2 tilapia filets 1/2 tbsp chili powder 1 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp sea salt Juice of 1/2 lime Other half of lime sliced Directions: Preheat oven to 400*. Spray a foil-lined cookie sheet with olive oil. Place thawed filets on sheet. Squeeze lime juice over fish. Mix dry spices together. Rub evenly onto fish. Place lime slices on top. My favorite food group is salsa. Hands down. It’s my favorite condiment. My favorite dip. I eat it on eggs. On top of a turkey burger. And I use it as a marinade.
