21 Day Fix Extreme Results!!!
I just wrapped my second ever round of 21 Day Fix Extreme on Monday and wow! I loved this program when I used it for competition prep back in February because it gave me shredded results and I loved it again now for that very same reason. The pic on the left is 8 days after my last competition. That’s right. 21 Day Fix Extreme is Under Way!
As of yesterday I officially started 21 Day Fix Extreme! I have made some really crummy decisions with food last week and am paying for it now. I gained 6 lbs in one week. Granted, our competition was the 27th and we were really lean, but the amount of cake, ice cream, BBQ, snacks, cheat meals, and all around junk I ate wasn’t pretty. So I did it, I’m done with it, and I’m starting fresh this week. The last time I did 21 Day Fix extreme was in prep for my first bikini competition and I got some pretty incredible results. Competition Prep- 1 day out!
Less than 24 hours until go time! We are pretty excited and definitely ready to take the stage & rock it! It’s been a long journey but worth every step of the way to be feeling this good and having this amazing energy right now! Bring it on, NANBF! We’re ready for ya!

8 Days Out Bikini Competition Update
Hi! As some of you may already know, I’m currently training for my second bikini competition this year. I did my first in April and went the road alone! It was an exhilirating experience and I promised myself I would do it again, next time with more muscle. Well, I decided on a show on June 27th and have spent the last 12 weeks eating, bulking, lifting, and getting ready for this next show. I couldn’t be more excited! Chocolate Shakeology Protein Bites
Chocolate Shakeology Protein Bites Because sometimes when you have a snack attack, it has to be a cookie! And when it does, this is a a perfect, healthy, alternative to a sugar-packed, ball of unhealthiness! Ingredients: 1 c quick cook oats 1/2 c all natural peanut butter 1/4 c wildflower honey 1 scoop/packet chocolate Shakeology Directions: Mix all ingredients until combined well in a bowl. Roll into 1″ balls. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Enjoy! *You can also add 1/4 c flaxseed meal but may need to add a little more honey!
