Chili-Lime Fish Tacos
Some people live for Friday. This lady lives for taco Tuesday. Switching it up this week for some zesty fish tacos. Easy peasy lime squeezie! Enjoy! Ingredients: 2 tilapia filets 1/2 tbsp chili powder 1 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp sea salt Juice of 1/2 lime Other half of lime sliced Directions: Preheat oven to 400*. Spray a foil-lined cookie sheet with olive oil. Place thawed filets on sheet. Squeeze lime juice over fish. Mix dry spices together. Rub evenly onto fish. Place lime slices on top. Taco Tuesday alert! Ok. So it’s not exactly tacos. More like deconstructed tacos. Ok. Nachos. Nacho Tuesday! That’s a thing, you know. Taco Tuesday! I wanted to switch it up tonight and try something different. I had to take a CPR class this evening so I knew a crock-pot recipe was a must. With nursing school starting up in just a few weeks, I have a strong feeling that the crock-pot will be getting some good use again.
