    Cashew Chicken + Zoodles (Whole 30/Low Carb)

    Sugar detox day 3… Dinner is served!!! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ Nailed it! I saw a similar recipe in a cookbook at Anthropologie last weekend and itโ€™s been on my mind ever since.  So tonight I recreated it- only subbing zoodles and unsweetened cashew butter as well as coconut aminos. No sugar here.  And itโ€™s low carb & Whole 30 friendly too!  Delicious. Savory.  Filling. Hereโ€™s the recipe!     Cauliflower Rice Stir Fry – Whole 30 Approved

    Me on Whole 30:  What else can I cook that’s going to be amazing! THIS! This was my first time with cauliflower rice.  I didn’t know what to expect.  I assumed it wouldn’t taste as amazing as it did and I’m happy to be proven wrong!  And when my husband tries this and says- I’d eat that- I know it’s a success!
