    BBQ Salmon Tacos with Homemade BBQ Sauce

    Summer.  Fire up that grill.  Get that summer sweet corn out.  It’s time to BBQ!   If you’ve been following my blog, you know I love a good Taco Tuesday recipe- especially fish tacos.     Chipotle Lime Fish with Citrus Rice

    I think we found a winner.  Competition prep time again and you know what that means?  Tilapia for days!  My husband is thrilled (insert sarcastic eye roll here). He’s not a seafood lover.  So, I have to be creative in order to get him to eat it!     Breakfast is a disaster at our house.  One kid off to first grade. One momma off to nursing school.
