Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wrap Tacos
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thawed 1/2 c Buffalo Wing Sauce 1/4 c Greek yogurt ranch dressing Romaine lettuce leaves Shredded low fat cheese Additional Ranch for topping Directions: In a crockpot, combine chicken, wing sauce, and Greek yogurt ranch. Cook on low 4-6 hours. Remove chicken and shred. Place mixture into lettuce leaves. Top with shredded cheese and additional ranch if desired. Enjoy!

Roasted Buffalo Cauliflower Salad
Veggies that taste like you’re not eating veggies… No brainer! A little buffalo wing sauce and roasting these in the oven made this cauliflower crisp up and gave it a crunch that made it taste like buffalo chicken bites! I’m in love! And as an added bonus, last night’s roasted buffalo cauliflower made for a super yummy lunch today! Topped with a little low-cal Greek yogurt ranch and this was absolute heaven! Enjoy! Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Sweet Potatoes
Adam and Eve. Romeo and Juliet. Beyoncé and Jay-Z. Peanut butter and jelly. Buffalo chicken and sweet potatoes. Ok, so that last pair seemed questionable at first but I thought about all of the things I loved. Chicken. Buffalo wing sauce. Sweet potatoes. It HAD to be good.
