I’m Ashley. I am a mommy. I am a wife. I am a nurse. I am a daughter. I am a wine drinker. I am an avid peanut butter eater. I am a former fitness competitor. I live on tacos, sarcasm, and coffee, I struggle with anxiety, and after spending a lot of my life living off of unhealthy habits, I’ve finally found my balance and after three babies and into my 30’s I’m now the happiest and healthiest I’ve ever been.

It took a little personal struggle, some anxiety, frustration, and mom guilt, but a few years ago I realized I NEEDED to take time for myself and make myself a priority so I could be the best version of myself- for myself and my family. I decided, once I found my own personal need for accountability, that I wanted to provide that for other women and moms too. Empowerment. Encouragement. Inspiration. And self-love.
