The Best Grilled Fish Tacos
Move over taco truck!!!
This momma made the BEST tacos!!! And y’all know me, I’m picky as hell about my tacos. So I needed to make my own!
I was CRAVING restaurant quality tacos with all the fixings but without the $50 takeout price too.
Now, let me warn you.
I’m not fancy. I’m no Martha Stewart. But I’m all for creating healthier, more affordable, delicious meals that our family will eat… except tonight when they asked for eggs but they did try a bite of everything and didn’t complain- Annie even loved it. 😂
I used a yummy amberjack my husband Luke caught fishing in Florida, busted out my grill pan for the first time ever, and got to work!
From scratch to table, no Google, no recipe in 35 minutes.
