It is upon us!  Country Heat is due to be released on July 27th and if you’re a fan of country music, line dancing, or just breaking a sweat and having fun while working out- this is a program to get excited about!

Autumn Calabrese, creator of 21 Day Fix, 21 Day Fix Extreme, and co-collaborator of Hammer & Chisel, is bringing some heat with this sexy new fun dance workout.  If you’ve tried her workouts before, you know that she’s no joke when it comes to breaking a sweat and pushing yourself to the next level.  If you’re new to her programs, she’s intense. Country Heat is designed for people of all ages and at any fitness level.  It is a combination of cardio-type, high-energy choreographed dance movements, and optimal nutrition using portion containers (the same ones that come with 21 Day Fix!) for simple meal planning.  The workouts are between 20-30 minutes long and have a modifier to follow if the moves are too difficult.  Believe me, I followed the modifier!

The nutrition is simple.  7 color-coded containers that allow for easy meal planning and no calorie counting.  Food lists and a meal planning guide complete with recipes come with the program to help you stay on track and keep your nutrition in check while still enjoying delicious, filling recipes and meals!
